Financial Services

Lilium has made strategic, long-term investments in Africa’s financial sector, with a focus on banking, insurance, and digital solutions. Our flagship investment, Vista Bank, has grown into a leading Pan-African institution and a key partner in driving the continent’s economic growth and development. Vista Bank currently operates in five African countries and one European market, with plans to expand further across key African markets in the short to medium term. Our goal is to scale Vista Bank to become the preferred financial partner for both private and public institutions across the continent.

Through Vista Assurances, our insurance arm, we are leveraging the Vista network to capture opportunities in Africa’s rapidly expanding insurance sector, expanding coverage and driving financial inclusion across all our markets.

Mining

The mining sector remains a key priority for Lilium Capital Group, underscoring our commitment to strategic investments in Africa’s abundant natural resources. We are focused on expanding our presence in the sector by targeting the acquisition of high-quality, producing mines with significant upside potential.

Oil and gas

Lilium Capital Group is committed to strategic investments across the entire oil and gas value chain, including upstream exploration and production, midstream infrastructure, and downstream refining and distribution.

In the upstream segment, we target producing oil and gas fields with attractive 2P reserves, prioritizing assets with stable production, optimization potential, and future development upside. Our midstream strategy includes investments in critical infrastructure such as pipelines, storage terminals, and LNG facilities to enhance energy transportation and distribution efficiency. On the downstream side, we seek opportunities in refining, petrochemicals, and fuel distribution networks to strengthen market access and maximize value across the supply chain.

Power

Power generation is a priority sector for Lilium, reflecting our commitment to promoting infrastructure development and reducing Africa’s carbon footprint.

Our focus is on addressing the region’s growing demand for reliable power while driving long-term economic growth. We continue to seek opportunities in power projects, including solar, hydro, thermal, and other energy initiatives, that enhance energy access and contribute to Africa’s transition to cleaner and more sustainable power sources.

Real Estate

The real estate sector is a key driver of economic growth and infrastructure development, particularly in emerging markets. We are seeking investment opportunities within this sector, leveraging our extensive experience in principal investment roles. Our team is focused on identifying promising projects in both greenfield and brownfield development, as well as equity investments across diverse real estate ventures.
